Strawberry Caipiroska

If there’s one drink that combines freshness, color and flavor in a single shot, it’s the Strawberry Caipiroska. A modern reinterpretation of the classic caipirinha, where vodka comes into play to add a smoother and more versatile touch.

Ingredients:

• Obeliu Vodka: 50 ml
• Brown sugar: 3 teaspoons
• Fresh strawberries: 5
• Ice

Preparation:

1. Wash the strawberries well, remove the stalk and cut them into small pieces
2. In a large glass, add the strawberries and sugar
3. Using a muddler, gently mash the ingredients together
4. Fill the glass with ice
5. Add Obeliu Vodka
6. Stir well to combine all the ingredients
7. If desired, garnish with a whole strawberry on the rim of the glass
