This is how we describe the new brand that has joined the Booze Drinks portfolio. P31, a green aperitif and a major bet, especially at a time when spritz is gaining more and more popularity among cocktail lovers in Portugal.
P31 Aperitivo Green stands out for its vibrant green color and unique taste, resulting from the infusion of 31 selected aromatic herbs. With an alcohol content of 11%, this drink is perfect for creating a Green Spritz, which combines the aperitif with Prosecco, sparkling water and a touch of lemon. Inspired by the rich Venetian tradition and created at the historic Caffè Pedrocchi in Padua, P31 pays tribute to the history of Venice and the ancient trade routes of herbs and exotic spices.
In addition to P31 Aperitivo Green, Booze Drinks also presents P31 Green Bitter, with an alcohol content of 25%. This bitter is ideal for more robust cocktails, such as the Green Negroni, offering a more intense and complex flavor profile.
