Passion Fruit Mojito

Refreshing, creamy and with an exotic touch, this Passion Fruit Mojito with Tequila Cream combines the tropical flavor of passion fruit with the smoothness of tequila, resulting in a light and balanced drink.

Ingredients:

• Cachito Loco Passion Fruit Tequila Cream: 50 ml
• Lime or lemon juice: 30 ml
• White sugar or sugar syrup: 1 tablespoon
• Passion fruit: 1/2
• Mint: 6/ 8 leaves
• Sparkling water: to taste
• Ice

Preparation:

1. Add the white sugar or sugar syrup, lime or lemon juice, mint leaves and passion fruit pulp to a shaker
2. Lightly muddle with a muddler
3. Add the Cachito Loco Passion Fruit Tequila Cream
4. Shake well
5. Strain into a glass with ice
6. Top up with sparkling water to fill the glass
7. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint
