Refreshing, creamy and with an exotic touch, this Passion Fruit Mojito with Tequila Cream combines the tropical flavor of passion fruit with the smoothness of tequila, resulting in a light and balanced drink.
Ingredients:
- Cachito Loco Passion Fruit Tequila Cream: 50 ml
- Lime or lemon juice: 30 ml
- White sugar or sugar syrup: 1 tablespoon
- Passion fruit: 1/2
- Mint: 6/ 8 leaves
- Sparkling water: to taste
- Ice
Preparation:
- Add the white sugar or sugar syrup, lime or lemon juice, mint leaves and passion fruit pulp to a shaker
- Lightly muddle with a muddler
- Add the Cachito Loco Passion Fruit Tequila Cream
- Shake well
- Strain into a glass with ice
- Top up with sparkling water to fill the glass
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint
